At Boma Garden Centre, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience for our customers within London’s M25 area. Whether you’re ordering plants, planters, or seasonal items, we’ve made it easier than ever to have your products delivered straight to your doorstep.

Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively within the M25 area of London. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate deliveries to locations outside this zone. However, you are always welcome to visit our garden centre in Kentish Town, where our knowledgeable team will be delighted to assist you in person.

Delivery Costs and Free Shipping

Our delivery charges are based on postcode groups within the M25 area. We also offer Free Delivery for orders exceeding specific thresholds, encouraging you to make the most of your shopping experience. You can also enjoy free delivery by visiting our garden centre to place your order.

Collection Option

We encourage you to visit our garden centre in Kentish Town to collect your order. Not only will this save on delivery costs, but it also provides an opportunity to explore our beautiful range of plants and products in person.

We are renowned for our horticultural expertise, excellent quality indoor and outdoor plants, and probably the best range of handmade pots and planters in London. Walking through our natural-setting garden displays and indoor botanical collections feels like stepping into a tropical jungle, offering a visual and sensory experience like no other.

Our knowledgeable team is always on hand to provide expert advice and inspiration to help you create the perfect garden or green space.

Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver orders within 2-4 working days. During peak seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times may vary slightly due to increased demand. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that perishable items, such as plants, may be non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you’ve purchased an item in-store or online for collection, returns can be processed directly at the garden centre.

If you would like us to collect an item for return and it is in good condition (e.g., you have changed your mind), it must be in its original condition, and you will need to pay the same delivery cost for the return. Please note that the free delivery threshold still applies. For example, if you make a partial return, the remaining items in your order must still meet the free delivery threshold; otherwise, delivery charges will apply.

Please be aware that we do not accept returns for plant items marked as reduced for sale, such as end-of-season clearance products. These items are non-refundable as they are sold specifically to clear stock at the end of the season. This policy does not apply to special offers or multibuy promotions, which are eligible for returns as per our standard terms.
