We love rewarding our customers with free delivery on qualifying orders. If your purchase meets the free delivery threshold for your zone (see the table below), you won’t pay a penny for shipping—so feel free to stock up on all your garden essentials!
Delivery Areas
We deliver exclusively within the M25 area of London. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate deliveries to locations outside this area. However, you are always welcome to select click and collect online, and then visit our garden centre in Kentish Town, where our knowledgeable team will be delighted to assist you in person, and you can collect your order while exploring our extensive range of plants and products.

Collection Option
We encourage you to visit our garden centre in Kentish Town to collect your order. Not only will this save on delivery costs, but it also provides an opportunity to explore our beautiful range of plants and products in person.

We are renowned for our horticultural expertise, excellent quality indoor and outdoor plants, and probably the best range of handmade pots and planters in London. Walking through our natural-setting garden displays and indoor botanical collections feels like stepping into a tropical jungle, offering a visual and sensory experience like no other.

Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver orders within 2-4 working days. During peak seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times may vary slightly due to increased demand. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely confident about shopping with us. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We ask that all products be in their original condition and packaging.
We carefully inspect the quality of our plants and products before delivery; however, in the rare instance that your plant arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help. Perishable items (like plants) may not be refundable unless they are received damaged or defective.
If you purchased an item in-store or selected “click and collect,” you’re welcome to return or exchange it at our garden centre free of charge. If you need to return or exchange an item that has been delivered, and this causes your order total to drop below our free delivery threshold, you will be responsible for both the new collection fee and any original delivery fee. To avoid these charges, the only option is to complete the exchange in person at our garden centre.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for plant items marked as reduced for sale (e.g., end-of-season clearance stock), as they are sold specifically to clear inventory. However, this does not affect our special offers or multibuy promotions, which remain eligible for returns or exchanges under our standard terms.
